How It Works

1. Share Your Idea
Tell us what you're looking for! Send us a description, sketch, inspiration photos, or your business logo.

2. Design & Quote
We'll review your project and provide a quote. Custom designs require a non-refundable design deposit, which covers the time spent creating your unique model. If your project moves forward, the design deposit can be applied toward the final purchase.

3. Approval
Once you're happy with the design and approve the final proof, we'll begin printing your order.

4. Printing & Shipping
Your custom item is professionally 3D printed, carefully packaged, and shipped directly to you.

Do you charge for custom designs?

Can I pick up my order?
At this time, all custom orders are shipped directly to our customers.

How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders are designed, printed, and shipped within 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and our current production schedule.
